Colleen is a UNT Health Promotion program graduate and has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. She loves people and has successfully helped many men, women, and juniors achieve their health and fitness goals through one-on-one and small-group personal training.

Colleen has an in-depth knowledge of exercise science, and she strives to help each of her clients set realistic, achievable goals. She believes that being physically active daily and living a healthy lifestyle can improve everyone’s quality of life and is excited to be a part of that journey. Her specialties include weight loss, HIIT-style boot camps, pre & post-natal fitness, junior strength & conditioning, mobility, and muscle recovery.

Jason prides himself on staying fit enough to do the things he loves and strives to pass his passion for health and wellness on to his clients. His specialties include nutrition, dynamic stretching & mobility, functional & metabolic training, injury prevention & management, and TPI golf-specific assessments and fitness.

Education: B.S. in Psychlogy, UCLA; PGA

Certifications and Specialties: Yoga Alliance, Golf Yoga, Private Yoga, Titleist Performance Institute, Golf Fitness

Char grew up in Southern California where she developed a passion for fitness and golf at an early age. Successful at the junior level, she earned the opportunity to play golf at UCLA, then professionally on various mini tours. When her playing career ended, Char became devoted to helping others and has over 15 years of experience teaching all ages and ability levels.

Char is also a dedicated yoga practitioner and has a deep understanding of the mind-body connection. Especially when it comes to daily life and golf. Her expertise led to the creation of a golf-specific yoga program that has produced incredible results. She loves practicing yoga with members of all ages and ability levels, regardless of if they play golf or not.

Having earned certifications from the Titleist Performance Institute, NASM, Yoga Alliance, and the PGA, Char utilizes a variety of tools to tailor her golf and fitness instruction to the unique physical needs of each client. She is on a constant quest to increase her knowledge of all aspects of golf and overall health & wellness and finds joy in passing that knowledge on to others.
