A much more severe dogleg
left and longer than Hole #7, this par four follows the contour
of the creek down the entire left side of the fairway. A generous
landing area off the tee is framed by a fairway bunker on the
right on two bunkers left — favor the right side — the
ground slopes from right to left and the fairway bunkers on the
left translate to instant bogey. A nice drive will allow a mid
iron second to one of the largest greens on the golf course. Take
aim slightly right because the prevailing southern gentle wind
will force the ball toward the aforementioned creek.
